Book online, try & pay in-store

You can reserve an in-store item directly from the product page on eric-bompard.com. Visit the product page, select your size and click on "Check availability". Select the store where you would like to reserve your item and click "Reserve a store". Our store will confirm the availability of your item within 3 hours and you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. Once you have received the availability confirmation, the product will be reserved exclusively for you for 3 days.

In-store Pickup

Maison Bompard allows you to shop online and pick up your order in-store within 3 business days. This service is available only at certain stores and for specific products when choosing the delivery method during your order. At the "Shipping method" step, select a store in "store collection". You will receive an email confirming the arrival of your order at the store. You have 15 days from receipt of the notification e-mail to collect your order. Please remember to bring proof of identity.

Express Delivery

We offer an express delivery service. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the country and the value of your basket. A courier service is available in Paris and the suburbs.

The Bompard gift card

The Bompard Gift Card is non-rechargeable and valid in all Bompard boutiques that operate with the same currency as the amount credited to the card. It can also be purchased online.

In this case, the Bompard Gift Card will be shipped to the specified delivery address in the form of a physical card. It will arrive in an elegant envelope and be preloaded with the selected amount. A small card inside the envelope allows you to personalize your gift and include a message for the lucky recipient.

The Bompard Gift Card and its balance will expire two years after the purchase date (or, for online purchases, two years from the date it is sent to the recipient). It can be used in one or multiple transactions, up to the available balance, and only in-store.

The card cannot be used to purchase another gift card, nor can it be exchanged, resold, or refunded — even partially — for any reason (including theft, loss, damage, or expiration). No replacement or cancellation is possible.
