E-Reservation
Book online, try & pay in-store
You can reserve an in-store item directly from the product page on eric-bompard.com. Visit the product page, select your size and click on "Check availability". Select the store where you would like to reserve your item and click "Reserve a store". Our store will confirm the availability of your item within 3 hours and you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. Once you have received the availability confirmation, the product will be reserved exclusively for you for 3 days.
In-store Pickup
Maison Bompard allows you to shop online and pick up your order in-store within 3 business days. This service is available only at certain stores and for specific products when choosing the delivery method during your order. At the "Shipping method" step, select a store in "store collection". You will receive an email confirming the arrival of your order at the store. You have 15 days from receipt of the notification e-mail to collect your order. Please remember to bring proof of identity.
Express Delivery
We offer an express delivery service. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the country and the value of your basket. A courier service is available in Paris and the suburbs.

The Bompard gift card
The Bompard gift card is non-reloadable and valid in all Bompard boutiques (operating in the same currency as the amount loaded onto the card).
It can also be purchased online. In this case, the Bompard gift card will be shipped to the specified delivery address as a physical gift card. It will be delivered in a lovely pouch and loaded with the selected amount. A card included in the pouch will allow you to personalize your gift and leave a message for the lucky recipient.
The Bompard gift card and its balance will expire two years after the purchase date (or, in the case of an online purchase, two years from the date it is sent to the recipient). It may be used once or multiple times, up to the available balance, and in-store only.
The card may not be used to purchase another gift card and cannot be exchanged, resold, or refunded, even partially, for any reason whatsoever (including theft, loss, damage, or expiration). No stop payment or cancellation is possible.
The art of gifting
Bompard orders with the gift option are carefully prepared in our signature packaging, with items delicately protected by tissue paper and presented in a gift pouch.
Simply select the “gift wrapping” option in your basket to enjoy it.
In addition, for any purchase of a coat, jacket, or bomber, your product will be delivered in a signature garment cover.
