HOW CAN I PAY MY ONLINE ORDER? 

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payments methods such as PayPal. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen.

We may change the payment methods at any time but this will not affect any existing order. The availability of a certain payment method may depend on your geographical location.

Please note that the price of merchandise can be pre-set in your local currency and is calculated according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you place your order.

The checkout pages are provided by our partner Global-e. Global-e will acknowledge orders and confirm whether they are accepted by sending you an email which will contain the relevant details of your order. When you place your order, Global-e will only authorize the applicable amounts, and you will be charged these amounts only after the merchandise you have ordered has been received and processed by Global-e.

At ERIC BOMPARD, we take payment security seriously. Our partner Global-e is taking care of your payment on our website and ensure your security by offering you safe and reliable payment methods. The confidentiality and security of your payments is guaranteed thanks to the SSL system (Secure Socket Layer), allowing a safe exchange of information on the Internet.

Credit/Debit card
When you pay by debit or credit card, you will be required to provide your card number, the expiration date and security code. Your payment details are automatically encrypted and verified in order to avoid any kind of fraud or abuse. None of your information is clearly visible on the internet.

PayPal
PayPal is a system for making secure online payments. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be automatically directed to your PayPal account to finalize your payment. Once the payment via PayPal has been validated, you will be redirected to the confirmation page of your order. Your PayPal account will be debited immediately after the final confirmation of the order. Bank details of one part are never communicated to the other part during a transaction via PayPal, which ensures payment security.

Please note that, in order ton avoid any risk of fraud, you will not be asked to provide any of your bank information by email.

 

DUTIES & TAXES, HOW DOES IT WORK?

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on your shipping destination countries and/or merchandise, local VAT rates, local import taxes.

It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if asked by your local authorities. Our guaranteed landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all taxes and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package – guaranteed!

Just select our Express Courier Service and prepay the duties at checkout. Underneath the “Shipping Options” tab, you will see a section called “Duties & Taxes”. If the prepayment is supported for your order, then you will be quoted as follows: “Prepay xxx for duties, taxes and fees now to guarantee no additional charges on delivery”. Select this option if you wish to prepay duties & taxes. If you choose to use this option, you will be provided with 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes).

Please note that any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country are beyond our control, if you decided not to prepay your taxes during the checkout.

If you prepaid your duties & taxes at checkout, and you have been charged more fees for delivery, do not worry! Your order is covered by our “guaranteed landed shipping cost service”, meaning that you should not have to pay any further fees.

• If you have not paid the invoice for additional charges, please do not – we will resolve the issue directly with our shipping partner.

• If you have paid this invoice, please send us a copy of the receipt and we will issue a full refund.
