Returns & Refunds

Dear customers,

Our Cashmere Family sincerely hopes you and your loved-ones are staying safe. Following the unprecedented measures deployed by European governments, our stores are all closed.

Our eshop remains opened. You have 90 days to make your exchanges free of charge thanks to the return label in your package (in Europe). We do our best to respect the 14 working days deadline for the reimbursement of your orders.

How should we talk about fashion in such circumstances? We’ve decided to be ourselves, this family united by cashmere threads. Thank you for being part of it. 

To protect our employees and guarantee you a safe shipment, we have arranged strict  measures of hygiene and disinfection inside our warehouse, where your orders are still being prepared. 

Our Spring Summer catalog was recently released. The season will be joyful and colorful! We’ll continue to share content about the new collection on social media, hoping this bubble of softness and humor will cheer you up.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCEDURE?

It is easy and free for European countries, there are no documents to print.

Fill in the return form stating the reason for the return, together with the item(s) you wish to return. Pack your unworn item(s) re-using the original packaging thanks to the self-adhesive strip. Attach the return label on your parcel or log into your customer account to edit a new one, if you have lost it.

Choose between the three return methods:

  • at the post office
  • at the pick up point*
  • from your mailbox*.

*For France only, find all the terms on the return label or the website www.laposte.fr/retourbal

You can return your order 30 days following the date you placed it with us. 
The return will not be accepted if the item is unfit for sale (damaged, used or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the label on the garment and the protective film. If necessary, the model will be returned to you.

ARE EXCHANGES POSSIBLE?

Exchanges are possible and must be made within 30 days after the receipt of your package. It is easy and free, there are no documents to print.

Just specify the item(s) you wish to exchange on the return form. If the value is higher, please provide your payment details. If the value is lower, our Customer Service will refund the difference.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER TO A STORE?

Exchanges are possible in Eric Bompard stores (excluding Swiss stores and outlets). As no refunds or credit notes can be issued by the stores, the exchange must be for items of a value equal to or greater than the amount previously paid. For a refund the credit note must be returned to Customer Service. The return is free of charge in France and Europe (except Switzerland). The refund will be made within 14 days.

Returns must be made within the 30 days following the shipment of your package.

ARE RETURN CHARGES REFUNDED?

We enclose a prepaid shipping label with your order. Should you not wish to keep your item you can return it to us free of charge. It is valid for 30 days.
We will not refund any return costs for a package returned using your own methods. If you have lost it, log into your account to edit a new one.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND?

Returned orders will be refunded by our Customer Service within 14 working days after the receipt of the package.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE LOST MY RETURN LABEL?

We enclose a prepaid shipping label with your order. Should you not wish to keep your item you can return it to us free of charge. If you have lost it, you can contact the Customer Service, you will receive a new one by email.

MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If, despite the care that we take in producing your order, an item does not meet our quality requirements, please contact Customer Service by mail contact@eric-bompard.com or by phone on +33 (0)1 40 12 00 40 (cost of a local call). Our cashmere advisers are at your service from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT+1). We will offer you a tailor-made solution.
