HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER STEP BY STEP?
To return all or part of your order on www.eric-bompard.com, you should use the return portal and proceed to the following steps to print the return label and return note.
Log-in to the return portal
Go on our website eric-bompard.com and select the “Return and refund” tab. Click on “Access the return portal” button, then enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Once connected, indicate the item(s) you wish to return and mention the reason why you want to return them. Our partner DHL Express will operate your return.
Prepare your package
Print the return documents on the return portal. Those documents will also be sent to you by email.
Pack the item(s) you want to return re-using the original packaging. Close the box using the self-adhesive strip.
Affix the return label that you have printed to the outside of your parcel, place the return note inside. The commercial invoice must be handed to the courier.
Send your package back
Go to www.dhl.com and choose your country from the « Choose a location » pull-down menu.
Choose one between the two options:
Select « Contact DHL Express » for a parcel pick-up
click on « DHL Service Point Location » for a parcel drop off.
If you wish to return an article purchased on the website www.eric-bompard.com, you have 30 days, from the date the order was received, to proceed with the return process. Please note that the article should be in its original condition, accompanied by the label on the garment and the protective film to be returned.
ARE RETURN CHARGES REFUNDED?
The returns are free of charge for Europe. If you need to return several items from one order, be careful to send them in the same package to enjoy the free return.
For any other country, the return is at your own expense and will be deducted from the refund. The return cost will appear on the return portal after validation of the return.
ARE EXCHANGES POSSIBLE? AND CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO A STORE?
Exchanges are not possible. To exchange an item, you will have to return it and place a new order.
It is not possible to return an item to a store.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND?
For returned items, it can take up to 14 days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method. The refund will be made in the same way as the initial payment, and will be made by our partner Global-e.

If you have paid taxes (pre-paid through the Global-e service or paid upon receipt of the order) you must request reimbursement directly from the customs authority in your country.
Delivery costs paid in connection with the order are reimbursable only if all the items of the order have been returned.
MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
