CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Yes, for the European countries. Our cashmere advisers will be more than happy to advise you, and record your order by phone on +33 (0)1 40 12 00 40 (no additional charge) from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 5 pm (GTM+1)
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?
You may contact the Customer Service as soon as possible, preferably by phone on +33 (0)1 40 12 00 40 (no additional charge) or by email email@example.com so that we try to modify or cancel your order.
Modifying or cancelling an order is only possible if the order is not yet being prepared.
After this deadline, you may refuse your parcel to the carrier or send it back for free thanks to the prepaid label included in it (Europe except Switzerland).
HAS MY ORDER BEEN RECEIVED?
Your order is received when you see it appears in your online Eric Bompard customer account in the “My orders” section with the status “In progress”.
You will also receive a confirmation email indicating your order number. However, please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within 5 minutes.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PREPARED?
Your order is taken over by our preparation team within the coming hours following the payment validation.
You have the chance to follow the preparation of your order on your online Eric Bompard customer account, section “my orders”.
- Status "in preparation: your order is being prepared by our logistic team. It has not been collected by the carrier yet.
- Status "shipped" : your order has been collected by the carrier, the delivery is ongoing.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Our garments are cut carefully to satisfy your regular needs. A size guide indicating the dimensions is at your disposal on every product information sheet.
You may select your usual size. If you are between two sizes, please do not hesitate to order both. Returns are easy and free of charge in France and Europe (except Switzerland).
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE AGAIN?
When an item from the current Collection is no longer available online, it will probably be restocked. To be informed when the desired item is back in stock, click on the “Email me when available” button and enter your email address.
ARE THE ITEMS IN MY CART RESERVED?
The items added to your cart are not reserved. However, they will stay in your cart for 30 days.
HOW DO I ADD A PRIVILEGE CODE?
You can add a privilege code directly at the bottom of your cart in the “promotional code” space. Make sure you confirm the offer by clicking on OK. The promotion will be automatically added to the cart.
