Many of you were waiting for it! The gift wrapping option is now available online. All you have to do is add the gift box to your basket before confirming your order. This service costs 5€, £5, 5CHF, $5.

It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.
Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.
If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can open an investigation. The investigation to locate a package may take up to two weeks. If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit you will be issued a full refund.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, you have 30 minutes to contact the customer service by phone at +33 (0)1 40 12 00 40 to modify or cancel your order.
You can modify items in your order as well as your delivery address or cancel order.
After this time, you will no longer be able to modify or cancel your order. You must either return your order to us, free of charge, using the prepaid return label included in your parcel (for European countries outside Switzerland and the united Kingdom), or refuse the package to the delivery person. You will then be able to place your order again, free of charge by contacting customer service.
