Good news, the Eric Bompard online shop delivers worldwide. However, delivery and return conditions may change depending on the destination.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME FOR THE DELIVERY?
Chronopost or DHL will contact you directly to schedule a new delivery.
HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
**the preparation delay of your order may be extended by some few days during sales.
Once your order has been collected by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email. It includes the tracking number of your parcel.
You can track the delivery of your order on your online Eric Bompard customer account, section “my orders” :
- Status "in preparation": your order is being prepared by our logistic team. It has not been collected by the carrier yet.
- Status "shipped": your order has been collected by the carrier, the delivery is ongoing.
CAN I GET AN IN-STORE DELIVERY?
It is not possible to get a delivery in our stores. However, it is a service that our team is currently working on and we hope to offer it soon.
You have the possibility to consult the stock of the store of your choice.
MY PACKAGE SEEMS TO BE LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If when tracking your package its status does not appear to have changed within 72 hours, please contact our Customer Service by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +33 (0)1 40 12 00 40 (no additional charge). Our cashmere advisers are available for you from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and from Saturday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm (GMT+1).
We will investigate your case with our carrier to quickly locate your package and offer you a personalized solution.
I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ADDRESS. HOW DO I CORRECT IT?
If you have placed an order selecting the Classic Delivery method, please contact our Customer Service preferably by phone on +33 (0)1 40 12 00 40 (no additional charge) or by email email@example.com.
The address modification in only available for a short lapse of time after the order validation. If the modification in no longer available, our Cashmere advisers will tell you the steps to follow.
If you have placed an order selecting the Express Delivery, Chronopost will directly contact you. You will then be able to reschedule a delivery to the address of your choice.
