To access your customer account, please change your password for security reasons. To do this, simply enter your email address in the field below, click on "Forgotten Password" and follow the instructions.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CREATING AN ERIC BOMPARD ACCOUNT?
When you create an account on eric-bompard.com, you can access your personalized customer space to:
- track the preparation and shipment of your order
- save and edit your personal information
All of these options will allow you to order more quickly.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY POSTAL ADDRESS?
To change your address, log into your account, go to the “My addresses” section and click on “Edit”.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
To change your password, log in to your account and go to the “Personal information” section.
HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
If you want to delete your eric-bompard.com account, please contact our Customer Service by email contact@eric-bompard.com or by phone on +33 (0)1 40 12 00 40. You can also do it by your own, logging into your accounnt, section "My personal data".
To place a new order, please create a new account.
HOW DO YOU MANAGE MY PERSONAL DATA?
