RETURN AND REFUND

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind and return your items for a refund.​ Exchanges are not available at this time.​

Return procedure :​​

1. CREATE A RETURN REQUEST :

  • If you have a Bompard customer account, log in to your personal space, then go to the « My Orders » section.
  • If you do not have an account, scroll to the bottom of our website and click on « Manage my return », or access it directly via this link.
  • You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.​​

2. SELECT THE ITEMS TO RETURN :

  • Tick the items you wish to return, indicate the reason for each return, then confirm your request.​

3. PRINT THE PREPAID RETURN LABEL : 

  • You will receive your return label by email.​
  • Print it and attach it clearly to your parcel.​

4. PREPARE THE PARCEL

  • Place the unworn items, along with their original packaging, in the recycled box used for the initial delivery, using the second adhesive strip.​

5. SEND BACK YOUR PACKAGE

Choose from the three return options :

  • At the Post Office
  • At a retailer collection point*
  • From your mailbox*

Returns will not be accepted if the item is unsuitable for resale (damaged, used, or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the label attached to the garment and the protective film. If not, the item will be sent back to you.

*Find all the details on the return label or on the Colissimo website for standard delivery.

If your item does not suit you, you have the option to return it free of charge. Returns are now handled directly via our online returns portal.

Simply:

  • Access the portal,
  • Enter your order number and email address,
  • Select the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return,
  • Download and print your return label.

Depending on the reason for the return, it may be free of charge or subject to a fee. The portal will clearly indicate whether any charges apply before confirmation.

We will not refund any return shipping costs for packages sent at your own expense. If you have misplaced your return label, we recommend searching your inbox for the confirmation email titled “Your return request has been accepted”. This message contains a link allowing you to download the label again.

If you cannot locate it in your main inbox, please also check your junk or spam folders.

1. Online Purchases

Exchanges in Store :

You can exchange items purchased online in-store only for a different color and/or size. This service is available at Bompard stores located in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Austria (excluding stores in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, outlets and department stores).

Return Conditions :

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date of your order.

Returned items must :

  • Be in their original condition (not damaged, worn, or soiled).
  • Be accompanied by their original packaging, clothing tag, and protective film (if applicable).
  • If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused, and the item will be sent back to you.

Refunds :

Refunds for online purchases are not processed in-store.

2. In-Store Purchases

You can :

  • Make an exchange
  • Request a store credit

Refunds :

No refunds will be possible for in-store purchases

Our Cashmere Advisors are available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT+1). We will offer you a tailor-made solution.

Refunds will be processed by our Customer Service within 14 days from the notification of the return by the customer.

During peak periods (Sales, Private Sales, Archives), the refund processing time may be extended by a few days

Maison Bompard does not offer exchanges. We invite you to return the items that do not fit free of charge (within France and Europe) using the prepaid return label included in your package, and then place a new order.
