The present general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of cashmere pullovers and cashmere accessories of trademark Eric Bompard on Internet between the company Eric Bompard SA, of which the head office's address is 13 bis rue de Chartres, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, registered with the French trade register under the following number 338 375 454, and an individual final purchaser - i.e. an individual acting outside of his/her professional activity. The resale of products purchased on Internet is strictly forbidden.

The fact of placing an order implies complete and full acceptance of the present general terms and conditions of sale which are accessible at all times on the Eric Bompard website, particularly at the time of accepting the order. The present general terms and conditions of sale constitute the only agreement between the parties and override any other agreement. Price, transport costs and VAT Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of VAT and exclusive of transport costs. Transport costs are calculated according to three zones:

The products you order will remain the property of Eric Bompard SA until Eric Bompard SA has received full payment. Confirmation of orders To enable us to process your order, you are invited to select the "confirm" option at the end of the ordering process. This confirmation of order constitutes an electronic signature, which has a handwritten signature value between the customer and Eric Bompard SA. Confirmation of your order will be taken as proof of your acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. All data saved by Eric Bompard SA will be taken as proof of the transaction between Eric Bompard SA and his customers. Availability of products We endeavour to ensure availability on all our products, however we cannot warranty availability. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to order a different item or to cancel your order. If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will only charge you the prices, taxes and shipping costs for the goods available. We accept payment by contre remboursement from customers within Metropolitan France. The post tax of 8,37 euros will be added to the transport costs. Payment should be made on receipt of the parcel by cash or cheque made payable to Eric BOMPARD. Delivery Products are under our responsibility until they are delivered. Times required for delivery are:

• 4 business days for Metropolitan France ;
• 6 business days for European countries and DOM TOM ;
• 8 business days for all other countries.

Times required for delivery are given as an indication and could be slightly different in periods of high demand.
