15 days to change your mind
If you are not satisfied with an item, just send the parcel back to us within 15 days of the delivery date together with the original receipt, in its original condition and packaging. Send it by registered post as we may not be responsible for any lost or unreturned items. You can ask for a full refund, exchange or credit note valid for one year.
