      To create an account:

       

      1. Click on “My account” at the top right of the screen,

       

      2. Once on the sign-in page, enter your email address in the “Create my account” field,

       

      3. Click on “Create an account” to get to the personal information form you need to complete,

       

      4. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email confirming your account has been created.

       

      You will need your login details to log in and place orders securely from our online store www.eric-bompard.com

       

      Use the “My account” page to update your personal information, view the details of your orders and track deliveries.

      To log on to your account:

       

      1. Click on “My account” at the top right of the screen;

       

      2. Once on the sign-in page, enter your email address and password in the “My account, I already have an accont” field;

       

      3. Click on “Submit” to access your account.

      If you cannot remember your password, click on “Forgotten password?” when logging on to your account, then enter your email address and you will be instantly sent a new password by email.

       

      If you do not receive an email from Eric Bompard in the next few minutes, we suggest you check in your spam and unwanted email boxes.

       

      To change your password, simply go to the “Change your personal details” section, then enter your old and new password in the relevant fields.

      Eric Bompard SA undertakes not to share the information provided by its customers with third parties. This information will only be used internally for the purposes of processing customer orders.

       

      However, it can be used for marketing purposes if you have previously ticked the “I want to receive the latest Eric Bompard information and invitations” box. We will then send you offers by email or post.

       

      You can unsubscribe at any time, at no charge, by:

       

      - clicking on the unsubscribe link at the top of each newsletter; or

      - going to the “Newsletter” page on our website at www.eric-bompard.com; or

    WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE AND ARE THEY SECURE?

      You can pay by card (debit/ credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Paypal.

       

      We also accept payment by cheque for customers in Metropolitan France only. Cheques must be made out in Euros to ERIC BOMPARD SA. The order number must be written on the back of the cheque as well “Online order”. The cheque must be sent to the following address: Eric Bompard SA, Vente par Correspondance, 22 rue Louis Blanc, 93585 Saint-Ouen Cedex - FRANCE. Your order will be shipped once we receive the cheque.

      All payment transactions are made directly via ATOS, a specialist in secure online payments. When making a payment by card, you are automatically transferred to a bank server which is secured by S.S.L (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to offer the best protection to all payment-related information. Your banking details shall not be transmitted to our computer system at any time.

      Delivery in Metropolitan France, countries belonging to the European Union and Monaco:

      The order will be inclusive of tax. Prices are based on the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order.

       

      Delivery in overseas departments and territories:

      For all products shipped to overseas departments and territories, the price applied will be the price excluding VAT. When the parcel arrives, the customer will be required to pay the customs duties and taxes due on the products on entry to the department or territory.

       

      Delivery outside the European Union:

      For all products shipped outside the European Union, the amount corresponding to VAT at the rate applicable on the date the order is shipped will be deducted from the price of the order. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or government taxes may be due and these are not the responsibility of Eric Bompard SA. They shall be payable by the customer who assumes full responsibility in this regard in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities in his/her country.

    HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE

      You can search for a product via the Women, Men, Children, Accessories and Coats sections shown along the top of your screen. You will then be able to refine your search using the filters (categories, colours, sizes, prices) on the left of your screen.

       

      You can also search for a specific item via the search engine at the top right of your screen, by entering the reference of the item or the key words (“extrafine pullover”, for example).

       

      Finally, you can search for an item by clicking on one of the themes shown on the homepage on our website.

      To order the product selected, simply click on “Add to shopping bag”.

      When you are on the product sheet for your chosen item, to order it, simply select the required size and colour and click on “Add to shopping bag”. You will then have the choice between “Continue shopping” or “Pay my order”.

       

      At any time while using our website, you can view the items in your basket by clicking on “Shopping bag” at the top right of the screen. You can delete an item from the basket by clicking on the symbol at the end of the line concerned or add products to your order by clicking on “Continue shopping”.

      To work out the sizes, check the size chart shown at the bottom of every product sheet. The measurements are given in centimetres or inches.

      You can change or register a new billing or delivery address via your personal account.

       

      Simply go into your account and select “Manage your address book”. Each address must be given a name, for example: “Main address”.

      If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service by telephone on +33 (0)1.40.12.00.40 (standard rate call) or by email on contact@eric-bompard.com indicating your order number.

       

      It is possible to change size, colour or item depending on availability.

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

      If you are not satisfied with an item, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right to cancel according to the terms indicated below. You then have the following options:

       

      - Exchange one or more products (size, colour or a different item)

      - Get a credit which is valid for 1 year

      - Get a refund for the item or items returned.

       

      If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision as follows:

       

      - Detach and complete the returns slip at the bottom of your invoice;

      - Enclose this slip in your parcel;

      - Return your item in its original condition (with the label attached and in the plastic bag).

       

      To secure the return of your items, you must send your parcel by Colissimo Recommandé [registered parcel post] to the following address:

      If you have asked for an exchange, this will be subject to the availability of the item or items requested. There are no charges for the delivery of the new item.

      You can return the item or items ordered and ask for:

       

      - Credit: can be redeemed for one year from date of issue by telephone on +33 (0)1 40 12 00 40 (standard rate call) and in our stores in France (apart from Departments Stores and La Vallée Village Store).

       

      - A refund: will be made within 14 days from receipt of the item or items returned.

       

      The delivery charges paid initially will be refunded if all the items ordered have been returned.

    We insure your products up until delivery. Your order must be signed for.

      You can have deliveries made to an address other than yours but we do not deliver to PO boxes.

      The email confirming shipping of the order will include a tracking number and a link redirecting you to the carrier’s website so you can track the delivery of your parcel.

      You can start by checking the status of your order using the parcel tracking number indicated in the shipping confirmation email or on your account.
